カスタマーポータルから、お客様ご自身でいつでも解約できます（購入時にご登録のメールアドレスでログインします）。解約後も、支払済み期間の終了日まではPro機能をご利用いただけます。次回更新分の決済は行われません。ポータルをご利用できない場合は、上記メールアドレスへのご連絡でも解約を承ります。
本サービスはデジタルコンテンツ（ソフトウェアのライセンス）であり、提供（ライセンス有効化）後のお客様のご都合による返品・返金はお受けできません。当方の責任による不具合等については、上記お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
